A luxurious preparation that allows guests to enjoy high-quality “Yamagata beef” in both yakiniku and sukiyaki styles.
In addition, a kamado-style buffet with approximately twenty dishes is available, including “Yamagata specialties such as imoni,” “creative dishes made with local Yamagata ingredients,” “seasonal regional hot pots,” and “premium Yamagata-grown brand rice.”
“Kirameki Kaiseki” is the highest-grade dinner offered at the property, with every element of the meal elevated in quality! Guests are invited to enjoy the finest ingredients that Yamagata, a true treasure house of cuisine, has to offer, prepared with exceptional skill by the head chef.
The main dish features shabu-shabu made with “Yamagata-bred Kome-no-Kobuta Pork (pork raised on feed rice in Yamagata prefecture),” a local pork that earned first place in Japan at a national pork quality competition.
